The article focuses on the political, personal and social place of whistleblowing. A case study has been used to explain how whistle blowing connects with radical democracy. The article argues that the critics of radical democracy, who claim that it favours cultural sphere at the expense of political economic dimension, overlook some habits such as truth telling at work which satisfies the three spheres. |

Public organizations and corporations often find themselves in scandals concerning questionable funds. To help in regulating practices at the work place, many non profit entities and governmental ones are adopting Sarbanes Oxley act of 2012 ( SOA) . The article uses whistle blowing component of the SOA to emphasize that federal employees who don’t condone fraudulent behaviors should be protected in order to minimize loses in companies and encourage ‘’best practice governance’’ policies. |

The article attempts to address the issue of increased discrimination amongst physician practioners. A sample of 1930 physicians were engaged to respond on whether they had experienced discriminations and if yes, what kind. The researchers concluded that practicing physicians encounter gender discrimination, International Medical Status discrimination and racial orientation discrimination. |

The article elaborates on identity switching and identity redefinition as the two strategies that individuals apply to reduce negative results of discrimination. To understand which strategy an individual is likely to take and therefore act, this study explores the choice of an organization in approach diversity, whether color blind or multicultural approach. |

The article translates quid pro to mean something for something. According to (Dickinson 1995), the state occurs when supervisors offer submission to sexual behaviors as the condition for employment benefits. It argues that much as existing laws appear to prohibit sexual harassment at the workplace, courts fail to sufficiently address delicate situations when sexual harassment is not advanced according to traditional ways. |

The Complexities of Human Behavior: Recent Instances of Alleged Quid Pro Quo Sexual Harassment

There are three types of sexual discrimination which are likely to occur at workplace, and quid pro quo falls in that category. In order to determine whether this discrimination has occurred, a five element test is carried out. Though challenges arising from three of the five elements and burden of proof requirements exist, the plaintiff can win and qualify for substancial compensation. |
