Understanding Leadership

When we the word leadership, it sometimes has a negative connotation to it.  We have all worked under good leaders and bad leaders.  What does good leadership look like to you?  What are some of the qualities that you look for in a good leader?  re leaders born or can they be cultivated?  In a two page paper, I want you to answer the above questions.  In doing so, tell me what type of leadership you are under at the present time and what type of leader are you.  I have provided some articles under the (Files) tab to assist in your research.
