1. Study and analyze the financial statements (ANY FINANCIAL YEAR) of SOBHA

Construction Company or its subsidiary companies and prepare a detailed report. In

the report, you are expected to:

a. Calculate all the financial ratios that you are aware of and critique the

company’s profile in the aspects of financial ratios (10 Marks)

b. Comment on the current financial status of the company (5 Marks)
