Pros of UBI
In UBI, the workers can afford to wait for better jobs and better wages, and the administration spends less on administering the database than in traditional wellbeing. The expenditures help stabilize the economy in depression periods while the citizens enjoy simple and straightforward finance assistance. It could also help in removing the poverty trap from the traditional welfare programs.
Cons of UBI
UBI can easily trigger inflation due to increased demand for goods and services. Higher prices can quickly be the basics unreasonable when choosing from the lowermost of the pay income pyramid. The assured income can fail to nurture their living standards. It would also make work appear elective as many recipients might choose to live on the free income instead of working. They would not push to gain work skills or a good resume.
Pros of SIS
Some of its advantages are the management of student information. Through a few clicks, an individual can save complex procedures and time within the institution. It helps keep track of the student's activities and maintain information over the years in a single place (Sharda et al., 2020). It also fosters efficiency as the entire process becomes automated, saving a lot of manpower and resources from the admin's perspectives.
Cons of SIS
SIS is had in tracking the student's specific notes, especially the student's behaviors. It is also challenging that the admin's platforms and the teacher's platforms are different, and one would learn more from the instructors. Some of its features are complicated for some users. Other users are disadvantaged as they cannot send multiple messages at the same time.
UBI can be implemented by defining the relevant goals of engendering equality and tracking their progress accordingly. However, the implementation needs sample testing and should also be engaged in the ones engaged in low-paying jobs.
