Project Plans

Consider the following scenario.

Your manager asks you to manage a project that is estimated to last 60-90 days. He wants you to "just get started." Explain three reasons why you need a project plan, even for this short assignment. Pay particular attention to how a scope statement can aid you in getting the work done.
