3) Provide an alternative skill where you see appropriate. Provide verbatim alternative. You are required to transcribe 10-minutes of two of these sessions. Your transcription will be graded based on:

Your ability to label the microskills used for each and the reason why you chose that intervention.

Your ability to critique your work by providing alternative interventions that may have been more helpful and why. You are being asked to SPECIFICALLY (verbatim) document the actual intervention you would alternatively provide.

Include a 1 – 2 page written self-analysis summarizing your work, your strengths & limitations, transferential & countertransferential issues. Include what went well & which skills would have been more effective & amp; why. Include what you would have done differently.
