Organizational Strategy and Analysis

Organizational Strategy

Raytheon Technologies strategy is to define the future of aerospace and defense while generating growth through diversification (Dsouza 2019). Raytheon Technologies was created by two quintessential brands with a shared commonality of client focus, sound execution and transformation. The integration of these two organizations will have unmatched scientific-know-how and expanded research and development ability that will promote investment while addressing client priorities (Dsouza 2019).

Achieving objectives

Raytheon Professional Services (RPS) is a team of consultants and learning experts that identify innovative solutions that can adapt to the unique needs of any company. “They can help an organization who is searching to strengthen their overall business objectives, build an effective leadership development training strategy, or seek to better align both” (Raytheon RPS 2020 Strategic Alignment). In order for the organization to take action and set strategic direction the leadership must have vision to meet the need of an expanding enterprise.

Analysis
