Answer each of the 2 different topics with at least 600 words each, not including title and references pages, supported by at least 2 scholarly sources in current APA format. Additionally, you must integrate 1 biblical principle into your conclusions. Acceptable sources include the textbook, journal articles, the Bible, etc. (Wikipedia is not acceptable).

4) Topic: Variables Impacting Test Design

Prompt: Group variability, scoring reliability, test length and item difficulty all affect test score reliability; discuss how each of these variables impact test design and how you might mitigate those impacts.
