Intro: These topics are related because they all interests me.

1.Three untruth: what doesn’t kill you make you weaker; overprotecting parent. A lot of freedom

being away from home. Leaving a lot of room for mistakes. Fix own problems. Helicopter parenting, they want the best of their children. Safetism. Not letting kids decide their future.

2.Trauma recovery veternian. Why is it challenging? Lot people have gone through trauma without going to the therapist. Encouraging relatives to go to a therapist and bring back the problem. And talk through it. Trigger warming in the classroom. People should be able to identify their trigger. Push out of your comfort zone. People see a lot of things as trauma.

3. Gender and emotion: Anger, sadness, and crying are different between men and women. It is an issue. Men should be able to express themselves to have to better life. It is not they fault not being able to express. The society is putting pressure on the man to be masculine. Women, on the other hand, don’t always get to express their feeling as feel. People like to be by themselves when express emotion.

4.Heterosexuality in children’s film. Growing up as a child, influenced by the media and society, only know the relationship between women and men. Any other relationship doesn’t seem like it would be possible. But growing older, all other relationship comes up. Kids should be able to see all kinds of relationship. In order for kids to understand the concept of homosexuality, they have to learn about gender. It is not what they used to learned women or men. There is a lot of others. It requires parents to be okay with homosexuality before they can teach their children to be open about it. A lot of children have to see homosexuality as a joke.

1.Children with migrant mothers. Mother came to the states to be a nanny. And she will have to

hire an nanny to take care of her child who was left in their original country. Lack of parent figure when the child is growing up. Women go out of the country and work while men stay in the country and waiting for the money. Nanny in a developed country is equal to a doctor in a developing country. She was forced to go to work somewhere else

to support the family. The nanny end up putting all her attention and her love for her child on to the child she is babysitting.

2. iGen. Combination of high tech and over parenting. Overparenting can cause the child to be more vulnerable to trauma. Children don’t get to make their decisions. Parent prepared the road for kids instead of preparing the kid for the road. * iGen and overparenting can be two different topics. iGen can also talk about the fact that people now a day socialize more on technology than in person. This can result in difficulty in expressing emotions.

3. Heterosexuality in media for children film. In kids movie never really show homosexuality or any other gender than women and men. So kids won’t get to learn about other genders. Alienize gender that other than heterosexuality.
