There are many cases where pets injure humans inflicting severe wounds and even death. In your message address five issues:

1. relate any experiences you have had or are aware of concerning animals not properly controlled.

2. relate any experiences you have had or are aware of concerning animal attacks.

3. what penalties do you think should be imposed on the owner and the pet when people are injured?

4. If a dog has a history of getting out of the owner's yard and threatening people and other animals, while never attacking, should there be any action taken to prevent the possibility of future attack? Is so, what?

5. Do you think that one breed if dog is more likely to be violent than another? (for example- pit bulls) Explain your answer.
