You could strengthen your plan by including the specific communication plan, assessment tools, and evaluation rubrics that you would use with the students. You mentioned generalities of instruction, but you did not include the specifics of how instruction would be implemented. What does "Pragmatic practices on basic principles of engineering statics" mean? How is this taught? What does this look like? Your assessment should be presented. For example, you noted that "Theoretical studies to be evaluate through continuous assessment exams (CAT) which should be administered twice in a semester.." You should include the specific exam with your plan. These items could be created and included, to strengthen your overall training presentation
