Strategy 1: Set effective standards for communication, these standards define the rules that team members expect to interact with internal and external stakeholders. The best way to develop a team communication standard is to develop and communicate during the first team meeting. 

Strategy 2: Understand how your team works, if you know how your team communicates, you can implement tools that you can use to automate some of your communications, such as a project management software.

Strategy 3: Limit distractions

Work interruption is one of the biggest obstacles to productivity. One of the best ways to increase productivity is to provide employees with a peaceful environment without distraction.

The most ideal approach to set principles for team communication is to create and convey them in the primary team meeting. For the most part, an absence of communication inside teams and associations is self-evident.
