This week, you will explore time management strategies and create a forum post describing the strategies you will use to manage your study time and free time effectively.

1) View the Randy Pausch Time Management Video. You may also review the PowerPoint slide deck from the video.

2) Read the Closet Method of Time Management article.

3) Create a Word document to do the activities related to time management.

A) In the Word document, first list at least three  (3) strategies you learned about that you will use to help manage your time so that you can successfully complete your university requirements on time.

B) In the Word document, also create a chart showing your weekly schedule, displaying at least 3 hours of study time for each credit hour of class you are enrolled in. For example, this course is a 2 credit hour course. For every credit hour you are in this class, you should spend 3 to 4 hours attending class, studying, and doing homework. So you should schedule at least 6 hours during the week for class (2 hours) and studying (4 hours), not including travel time. Also be sure to schedule time for exercise, campus activities, and sleeping.

C) Save the Word document on your computer.

D) Create a new forum thread titled "Your Name - Time Management Exercise." Write a short message explaining that your Time Management Exercise is attached.

E) Attach your Word document to the forum.

F) You are welcome, but not required, to respond to other students' posts.
