Subject: Proposal on the Steps to becoming a Registered Nurse.

Proposed study

The research will involve the qualities needed to be a registered nurse, the requirements to be fulfilled to join the nursing school, and the possible schools to attend to become a nurse. The study will also focus on the institutions where graduates can go to gain experience and how to get the experience. Finally, I will look into institutions that offer employment opportunities.

Statement of the Problem

The issue is to make sure that all graduates from nursing school who have a degree or diploma can be able to get a job after completion of the course and do have to wait too long. Graduates have faced the issue of unemployment, and there need to be programs which can assist graduates in placement.

Scope of Proposed Study

1. The study will focus on the skills and qualities that a registered nurse is required to possess to offer better healthcare to patients.

2. The study will also show the roles and responsibilities of a registered nurse and how he can deliver quality healthcare.

3. I will investigate the schools that offer the best nursing education and the requirements that should be met to join the nursing school.

4. I will investigate on the required working experience to be met for a person to secure employment in the nursing profession and in what healthcare facilities one can obtain the knowledge.

5. I will also find schools which offer placement programs after course completion and all institutions which provide internships.

6. I will also look for organizations where fresh graduates can join to become volunteers and still gain experience while doing it.

Methods and Data Sources

This reported information will be researched from academic sources and websites with relevant information. I will also visit various institutions to look at the programs they offer and the employment websites to search requirements for employment. I will use the APA style of formatting for my paper.
