School Management

By examining the school management's needs and policies, and the school's responsibilities to achieve the set goals of education, materials, human resources programs, and equipment. Therefore, with all these items, we see that management of a school needs incorporation of the things to achieve education goals to learners (Agih, 2015). Therefore, my topic will be a school management, and I intend to look at school management's various roles.

I selected this topic of school management because I am a student; therefore, it favored my area of operation, and I can use this paper to add to the quality of education provided. Firstly, the school management is essential because it helps manage the student’s admission by managing the prospective student’s data and reducing paper use, quickly getting lost. Secondly, the school management has features that connect parents and school administrators to manage their learners. Parents and teachers connect learners with current issues and can discuss areas that can they are having problems. Through these channels, the school can complete tasks and find solutions to a problem (Bohlmark et al., 2016).

In my paper, I will discuss the roles of school, the roles of parents, students' functions, and the public's positions, including the ministry of education, in their commitment to running a school to achieve the set goals (Jahanean, 2017).
