Four Reason to Why People Leave a Good Paying Job:

1. Time consuming - There is a possibility that the job requires more hours than necessary. These hours can conflict with personal interests such as self-care, relaxation, and family time. 

2. Manger/ Employee Conflict - A work conflict is a common reason to why people leave good paying jobs. It is possible that an employee does not agree with the decisions that are being made and may want leave and start up a business of their own.

3. Location - An individual can grow tired of an area, or the area might not be as ideal as it once was. So, a person can leave their job so they can live in another city or move to be closer to a relative. 

4. Health Reasons - Health complications can definitely cause someone to leave their job, especially if it's something keeping them from working efficiently.

I agree with Terrick, employees will leave a good-paying job because of the manager/employee conflict. As I stated in my post, employees will leave their job for peace of mind. Location is one of the primary reasons employees leave a good-paying job. When an employee finds a job closer to home instead of driving 45 minutes to an hour drive one-way every day, they are saving money on gas and car maintenance. If a person's health is interfering with their work duties, they tend to decide to stay home.
