What are the Top 5 Reasons People Hate Their Boss?

1. One of the main reasons a person hates their boss is the way they are being treated.  Some bosses think that it is okay to talk and treat their employees like they are not human.  

2. Some bosses are bullies, they tend to pick on employees who will take cruel and unusual punishments.  A boss should not use their power to set an example out for people by bullying them.

3. A dishonest boss is a great reason that a person does not like their boss.  You as the employee do all the work and your boss take all the credit.

4. A boss who punishes first and asks questions later is a good reason to hate a boss.  It makes a person feel that you should at least take the time to let the employee explain his or herself before making a sound decision.

5. Not be fair to all employees.  A boss has to be fair across the board.  A boss can't write one person up for being late three times a week and let another one slide because they are friends.

          1. Some people hate their boss because they start pointing fingers at others when something goes wrong, instead of analyzing and fixing the situation. 

          2. Their boss is a bully and will pick on them even if they haven't done anything wrong. 

          3. Their boss is irresponsible and will take credit for others' work. 

          4. Their boss abuses of them at work by making them work overtime. 

          5. Their boss does nothing to help them improve as an employee, yet expects better results for the company.
