In the workplace, I have to be fair with every employee, regardless of the friendships I have. If I allow friendships to dictate how I handle situations, then I would be misusing my leadership. If there are two employees having a conflict, I would make sure that I do not show favoritism. I would listen to both sides and figure out how to have them compromise. If matters are not resolved, then I'll contact HR and/or additional personnel to assist me with the situation.

In the working environment, I must be reasonable with each worker, paying little heed to the companionships I have. On the off chance that I permit kinships to direct how I handle circumstances, then, at that point, I would abuse my administration. Assuming there are two workers having a contention, I would ensure that I don't show bias. I would pay attention to the two sides and sort out some way to have them compromise. Assuming issues are not settled, then, at that point, I'll contact HR or potentially extra work force to help me with the circumstance.
