The roles of nurses have constantly evolved over time, we have witnessed nurses working in various settings such as schools, offices, hospitals, and in the community. Even though their roles may differ, but the primary goal of the nursing role is to advocate for their patients and provide the best care for their patients based on evidence-based practice. According to ( Lamb A., 2018) When a registered nurse is working in the role of an advanced practice nurse, it signifies that the nurse must have completed graduate education and possess a piece of expert knowledge and complex decision–making skills and clinical competencies. According to (Gray, A. 2016A ) ANP role must embrace and deliver the concept of advancing nursing practice if it is to reach its true potential. While nurses working in largely medical-replacement roles such as nursing administration, education, and research make a valuable, even necessary, contribution in the nursing sector.
