For each chapter, you will summarize relevant theories, including the theorists, key claims or propositions, applications, and significance. Filling out this form will help prepare you to successfully participate in class discussion and increase your performance on quizzes and exams.

Each form is worth 10 points x 13 theories, totaling 130 points of your final course grade. Please use the Theory Summary Form that I have provided and type in your answers. You will submit one form per theory. See the course schedule for due dates.

You must use your own words to summarize, no direct copy/paste from the readings!

Each form is due on time. To receive credit, the forms must be word-processed (that means, no hand-written forms will be accepted). 

Include HEADER as shown on Chapter Summary Form.

Theory Summary Forms should be prepared in MSWord format, 12-point font,  single-spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides, and follow current APA documentation format. 

Forms should not exceed two (2) pages.
