Rationale and Objectives of a Program Projects

The need for rational in developing a program project is critical in the sense that a justification articulates reasons for specific procedures involved in the program project. A project rationale, therefore, provides an explanation of the issues being addressed by the program project. For instance, in a program project, a justification will entail the design solutions with the aim of leading the client through development processes. It's integral to note that in the process of coming up with a rationale the designer of the programs needs to express honesty and clarity of the work. Also, logic should be inclusive of all the necessary steps required in coming up solving the solutions relative to debugging and in-depth explanation of the source code.

The philosophical background is instrumental in the development of a program project. Bringing clarity into context, it is through an integration of multiple theoretical perspectives that we develop the basis of a program. (Milosevic, Annaboon and Patanakul, 2013) Combination of different theoretical aspects is vital in the provision of a better foundation of the program and attributes to stimulating a better program project. All these can be achieved through comprehensive research and making good use of online materials.

On the other hand objectives inclusive of control of project costs and risks, improve ways the project would contribute to professional growth, provision of the congenial environment in which project teams members can work creatively and enhance understanding of ways in which the program works. Objectives are essential in the process of decision making in every organization hence in the development of a program project highlighting the goals are elementary to the project.
