As the task force responsible for the strategic plan, you must write the organization's mission and vision statement, as well as set the short- and long-term goals and objectives.

Use the SWOT analysis from Week 2 to develop the plan's mission, vision, and goals.

Consider the following in your development: 

· Formulation of specific goal timeframes

· Process for determining goal success

· Strategy for giving and receiving feedback

Write a 2- to 3-page strategic plan for the department or organization selected in the Week 2 Learning Team assignment: Strategic Plan Outline.

Include the following in your strategic plan:

· An introduction

· A mission statement

· A vision statement

· The short-term goals

· The long-term goals

· The objectives for the strategic plan

· Method for data collection and analysis

Note: Using headings will help organize your plan.
