Activity/Writing Assignment
Your team has been chosen to do a change project within your company (you can select your change initiative or project).
For this assignment, you are to prepare a concept map of the project. Your team is very excited about this opportunity, and everyone wants to do their best work. For starters, you have to do a concept map with at least five spokes to capture at least five major change themes. The team has to show the people in your company how you are going to accomplish this. Your concept map must demonstrate how you are going to promote and sustain change using what you have learned in this course.
Feel free to use SmartArt (a Microsoft Word program) or any of the free templates you wish like these: (https://miro.com, https://creately.com/diagram-community/popular/t/concept-map). Please save your work as a PDF or Word document (if possible). Make sure you save the link and include that in your assignment, so your instructor and T.A. can access your diagram. Also, please submit a two to three-page paper describing your concept map. Please do not use PowerPoint or Prezi for this assignment. The intention is for you to learn something new.
