A descriptive passage or essay tells what something looks like, what it feels like, sounds like, smells like, or tastes like. However, a description often goes beyond sense impressions. When you write a descriptive passage or essay, you use language to create a vivid impression for your readers. 

For this assignment, you are to describe one room in your home. This one paragraph should consist of 5-6 sentences, with a vivid description of any room in your home.
