Please chose a issue that is interesting to you AND impacts Black women and provide an intersectional analysis of said issue. Below are some examples of major topics impacting Black women.
The idea would be for you to choose an issue, within one of these topics, to do an intersectional analysis. An intersectional analysis considers the intersecting aspects of two or more of the following identities: race, class, gender, sexuality, education, marital status, citizenship status, religion, language, ability, appearance-size/weight, and age.

Topic: Education
Paper: You will write a 3-page minimum, APA formatted paper. Please make sure you have submitted a working draft to the NetTutor, tutoring service, available for FREE though Canvas. You will need to submit conformation of use of the NetTutor via screenshot, email, or photo verification when you submit your final draft.
Note: NetTutor usually has a turn around time of 24-48 hours, which means, if you submit it on Friday, they may not get back to you until Saturday, so plan accordingly.
