One area I want to focus on is plagiarism. Quite a few areas of your paper appear as though the work is not your own, since it varies from earlier sections of your paper. I highlighted these areas in green.
This is not a practice that students should engage in, especially given the fact that readers – whether at work, in social contexts, or in school – will figure out when you are stealing material, and your credibility will be irreparably harmed.
Another area I wish to focus on is your professor’s instructions. You were asked to include at least three direct, block quotes from Franklin’s Autobiography to support your position. You were also to put your citation for these quotations in parentheses and in all caps.. You have not done any of these.
Finally, quite a few parts of your paper seem a bit awkward due to either punctuation errors or sentence construction. Some of the simple errors that were made – comma usage, word forms and informal language – can easily be fixed.

Their motto was that supporting common good was divine. [See my previous statement about specific information.]
Benjamin’s plan was able to achieve a lot of success as the membership of the library was able to grow even beyond the number of the Junto membership. [What exactly is the Junto membership?] The community was able to benefit as reading was now viewed as more fashionable. The level of sophistication intelligence of the citizens which largely outshone that of other inhabitants from the foreign cities was evidently noted by visitors who visited the city. This in the end made other colonies to follow their lead and setup their own libraries.
