As everyone knows, the Federal Bureaucracy is HUGE. Leading up to the 2016 elections there were discussions by candidates running for President about shrinking or reducing the size of the Federal Government by eliminating certain cabinet departments, including the Department of Education or the Department of Energy to cut costs. If you were running for President, would you eliminate any Cabinet Departments? If so, which one(s) would you eliminate and why? Use your initial post to answer these questions. Then respond to at least two of your classmates’ initial posts and pointing out the repercussions and consequences of their decisions to eliminate or not eliminate a Cabinet Department.
