Evidence-based programs (EBPS) are tools used to give proven solutions to health issues. These programs are termed to be effective if they have implemented the proper ways, hence bringing out a positive product to the population involved. These programs are designed in ways which will promote quality, and cost-effective when promoting health interventions. These programs are rigorously evaluated to produce a positive effect. The EBPS is not a total which has been identified through experience, any suggestion or opinion, however, it is a practice based on using the best evaluations which have been researched to giving best results. Barbic et al. (2014)talks of Emotional vitality in family caregivers: content validation of a theoretical framework. The authors think that in the use of emotional vitality will impact the informal caregivers in loving what they do. Bauer and A. (2015), also research on how they are affected by the informal caregiving. Mak and Cheung (2015), discuss the depression the caregivers’ passes when taking care of people with psychological problems. Mosquera et al. (2016) Researches how the informal elderly caregiving is affected. The modern nursing has found this tool as vital, in which they believe they are proving best medical care as per researches. However, integrating these programs may be a challenge as many people would still hold on the former models, however being outsmarted by the evidence-based-practice. Barbic et al. argue that solving the problems with the caregivers is using emotional vitality. The evidence based-program must point out relevant interventions, which judge the positive outcome which is beneficial to the patient care. The program main issue is to be able to solve patient clinical problems or improving their wellbeing and experiences. The programs use former researches to find places of improvements and further researches. The nurses on identifying these top-notch interventions they enable the healthcare sector to provide high-quality treatment and improving their wellbeing. Furthermore, these programs are later adopted by various health agencies, to supply high-quality medication. Barbic et al. used a study of which was a nursing experience. In which the caregiver was integrated into stating tie way they felt after the caregiving. Bauer and A. (2015) use the statistical methods and literature researches to produce evidence from the previous interventions. Mak and Cheung (2012) put patient-centered nursing experiences, they testes various caregivers and the stigma affiliated to them, the experiences were based on a survey taken to 108 Chinese caregivers. On the hand, Mosquera et al. (2016)Used a literature review study, in which they produced various literature and came up with the best and effective interventions. The nurses have used past researches and experiences to gain the knowledge. These nurses also collaborate the use of ritual and traditional as followed in the nursing routines. The routines help the nurses acquire the knowledge through evidence they face from their patients. However, selecting an EBP has some scope, which are; one the personnel or the team is involved must find the population intended, which solve a question of whom the evinced are needed. Secondly, the team must evaluate the reasons and aims for their interventions. The third step is the baseline severity level, in which answers the question of the last research most severe problem. The fourth and the last scope is the intervention delivery, this help to identify how the interventions will be undertaken, and the time which will take for implementation. The above scope will help the team in producing the bests EBP. Psychologist value the importance of the evidence-based program, to give a high-quality healthcare to their patients. The evidence –abased has some process which the psychologist follows to produce the best solutions. At first as a psychologist solving his or her patients' problem, one must first come up with an oblige question or the problems being faced. Secondly, the problem is then researched to produce the best interventions. Then the stakeholder involved appraises for the evidence found after the research. The evidence is well criticized for their quality and their applicability. Then, the psychologist may use the found evidence in collaboration with the clinical ethics to treat the patient. Lastly, the psychologist may evaluate the benefits gained from the process, and even state the need of any further research. From the resources, Barbic et al. (2014), the theories used, the evidence found were that the caregivers were able to develop new traits. Thus, traits were such as well-being, physical health, and self-regulation of their moods. Bauer and A. (2015)the theories conclude that the informal caregivers were valued with lower employment. Furthermore, the caregiving employers were also demoralizing the caregivers when it comes to psychological well-being. Additionally, these caregivers were also affected by the family background such as gender and marital status. Mak and Cheung (2012), solution was that stigma played a significant role in promoting the caregivers' distress. Lastly Mosquera et al. (2016), concluded the major effects to the informal caregivers as being, their well-being, the way they cope with the new life and the psychological welfare. The resources evaluating the evidence was able to conclude the way the informal caregivers or the caregivers were affected while providing the caregiving to the elderly and mentally ill population. The resources used can draw some of the evidence-based intervention. In which the psychologist can assess their patient who is the caregiver, basing for the future modifiable. These caregivers were easily affected or not able to cope up with the unfamiliar environment which required the psychologists to prepare them mentality through rehabilitation. The evidence-based process requires the psychologists to know their patients. Therefore, it is vital in getting the relevant issues faced by the chosen population. The psychologist will come up with literature researches basing on their population problems. Searching the relevant information will help up with any pieces of evidence found in the field and come up with the best intervention suiting the chosen population. Psychologists are required to use the existing researches which have followed the best methodology in their study, and the use of primary studies which gives the raw evidences of the problem. However, overall, the use of the literature may not give the right solutions but the PsycINFO will be the best alternative. In concluding, the paper highlights the definition and outline of the evidence-based process to be integrated by the psychologists in coming up with patients’ interventions. The involved stakeholder must involve the use of the question, in the evidence-based process, and the methods which must be followed to adapt the best evinced to improve the treatment quality. Using the previous literature will help the psychologists in knowing the previous treatment for a certain issue and enabling them to get the best evidence to solve the existing issues. Part Two The science has advocated more in the implementation of the theories approaches to provide better interventions and which interventions will work or fail when implemented. Evidence-based practice is important in the nursing practice to getting the best conclusion from the evidence. The use of the evidence-based program promotes expertise in clinical and patentees needs, such as coming to cost-effective and high-quality solutions. The essay talks of the patient compliance with medical treatment in Africa, more so in HIV Aids. From the research, the Aids patient Africa have been lagging down when it comes to their medications. Therefore, it is important to bring an awareness which will influence the patients in taking the prescribed medicines in the agreed time, thus improving their health well-being and quality in healthcare. The question which the author can propose to draw intervention from the theories is such as, the kind of the population intended to be reached. The author still had to apply the best methodology to help discover and explore the best interventions in concluding to the best solutions. The author used literature researches which brought out evidence studied on the selected population who is the African society. The study although not truly relevant to the topic used the previous researches which explored and came out with their solution to the existing problem. One of the reached or explored source was one form the Chicago University (Library.ahima.org, 2018). The university had come out with a compliance evidence which will promote the effectiveness of people living with AIDS medications however the article never emphasized directly on HIV/AIDS, it was relevant and specific to the diseases such as HIV/AIDS. The university thought of including a text message to be sent to the patients reminding them on taking their medicine on time, hence improving the patient wellbeing and the quality of the healthcare. This theory and pilot program are to be emphasized more on East and South Africa, being stated as the part of Africa affected mostly by Aids. The program is also narrowed done to the mothers and young children, who are phrased as most affected when it comes to medication taking remembrance. However, the article is basing their evidence on other medication such as expectant mothers and people living with Aids, it is more relevant to the people who are living with the Aids. The program which was designed to counter the diabetes patients who skipped taking medication. The program showed a successful result, with sending the messages was able to reach as many patients as long they had cell phones. Therefore, this showing a good intervention which can be reciprocated to the patients living with Aids but has a problem in forgetting about their medicine. This evidence-based process highlights a positive outcome. The patients’ well-being is improved in living with a positive mindset, in that getting their medicine is for their best outcome. These patients are given hope they are also educated through information. Hence gaining a knowledge on the importance of taking these drugs. The well-being will not only for the patients themselves but for their family, friends, society and even the nation. The African continent has shown a high rate in HIV death, and more so the deaths are the outcome of improper medication guidance (Library.ahima.org, 2018). However, other reason for their death may be caused by the lack of a proper diet, the program may also incorporate the use of text messages which will regularly inform them of eating healthy and exercising. Furthermore, the Africans are living with denial, which needs a proper encounter, and this will begin by example, which is taking of the medication can prove quality healthcare. Murray et al. (2015) proposed the self-driven as a virtue each HIV patient must embrace. This is after some researches in patient behaviors which are related to the ignorance or forgetting medication. The theory, however, came out with interventions or evidence such as motivation which will boost self-esteem, hence the patients improving their adherence with Aids medication. The theory which was based on patient-centered showcased that motivating the patients will impose positive thoughts, which will rub the societal stigmatization and impose hope in them. From the above Evidence-based program, the author first was able to know his or her patients, before exploring more interventions. Therefore, the author had a vital process of getting the relevant problems which are faced by the chosen population, and from the study, the population was people in Africa living with HIV/AIDS. The chosen population was faced by the main effect which was lack of proper adherence with prescribed medications. The two-literature research came out with relevant evidence. The two studies came out with an intervention which will make the patients remember their time of medication and motivating them. This will mark the baseline for the author to start the interventions, which is knowing how to motivate and remind this medication of their prescribed medicine and the importance of the medications. Concluding, the paper has confirmed that the evidence base program relies more on existing researches or engagement in patient-centered experience. The involved stakeholder still must involve the required questions and methodology which will help explore the required interventions to counter the existing problem. References Barbic, S.
