Term  Project  Guidelines:    

1.   Form  Teams   2.   Browse  through  the  kaggle  site  and  choose  a  competition   –  data  sets  can  be  found  at   https://www.kaggle.com/datasets.    The  overview  should   give  you  an  idea  of  the  problem  

3.   On  week  2  –  submit  the  kaggle  topic  and  team  member   names  and  your  initial  strategy  to  address  the  problem   (include  links  as  necessary)    

4.    Start  to  solve  the  problem.    Simultaneously  read  chapter   12  as  your  final  project  deliverable  should  follow  guidance   provided  in  chapter  12.

6.   Teams  that  use  github  and  submit  links  and  code  will  be   graded  higher  than  teams  that  do  not  use  github.  

7.   When  making  your  deliverable  pay  attention  to  chapter   12  guidance  and  demonstrate  the  effort  that  your  team   has  put  in  rather  than  regurgitating  material  already  on   the  internet  to  demonstrate  knowledge.    

8.   The  final  grades  and  deliverable  should  demonstrate   effort  rather  than  generic  knowledge  and  information  on   the  web.

9.   Stick  to  addressing  and  solving  the  problem  and  omit   everything  not  pertinent  to  the  analytics  of  the  problem.
