i. Streamlining the application process and the entry requirements

A smooth application process which critically looks into the entry requirements of learners who would like to undertake BA Mathematics is crucial in absorbing the right group of learners to the college for the course. They include behavioral Intervention Team (BIT) which is composed of the college faculty, staff, and administrators who meet biweekly to hold discussions regarding behavioral incident and concerns in the college. They eventually come up with intervention strategies with the consultation with the Students’ Council and put across an implementation framework. Secondly, they develop a college counseling center which will focus on issues of drug abuse, cases of sexual harassment and other stress-related challenges among students, and it enhanced security surveillance I the college to ensure that students and employees are safe at all times.
