Literature Review (Main body):

· Why those methods you have chosen are appropriate for your calculations?

· Answer your three questions stated in Introduction section by showing all your calculations. If you are using Excel for the calculations, copy your graph, data, tables, etc and then paste it here.

· Describe what you have done; what are your results/ outcomes for each section of your graphs/ calculations.

Note: label each of your graphs, tables, data, calculations and figures then describe them.

Remember you do not need to use ‘Source’ if you create a graph or table, just label them.

Look at the example below,

In Figure 1, a pie chart has been created from the Table 1. It is a good way to show the relative sizes for each type of movie. This method helps to rank the type of movies easily and quickly. …The bigger the area of a sector is the more favorite type of movie. Figure 1 shows Romance has the biggest area in the chart. This means it is the favorite type of movie followed by Action, Comedy and Science Fiction, and Drama. ….

· Attach your Excel spreadsheet here. You can use ‘snipping tool’, ‘screenshot’ or any other methods

· Be careful the images are clear and readable

· Number any images and describe in one sentence what this image shows

· Your report must be in pdf format with the attached Excel spreadsheet in the Appendix section.

Important:

· Write clearly and precisely.

· Do not use any abbreviations e.g. write do not NOT don’t or it is NOT it’s.

· Use either font face of ‘ Arial ’ or ‘ Times New Roman ’ with the font size of 12 .

· Use heading with the font size of 16 and sub-heading with the font size of 14.

· Be consistent ; e.g. leave all your figures, data, graphs either in the middle or left side of your page. Look at the example I have created. The Table 1 and Figure 1 are in the middle of the page.

· Align text to both the left and right margins.
