The expected outcome is to ensure that every preschool child is involved in the learning activities so that more information on the developmental milestone is achieved. Some children were resistant to allowing their peers to use a few numbers of balls as well as bikes which were available to them. This therefore means that it can be a challenge to ensure that the developmental milestones of children were fully observed within the required time limit.
The plan is to ensure that there are enough required resources to ensure that there is no scramble for the few available items such as balls and bikes. Children advised on the importance of sharing while at both home and school to help in ensuring that the objective is achieved.
It is the responsibility of the children to understand that sharing is important and while at school they have to behave
as families. Children will be required to make full use of the
provided resources to ensure that the objective of gathering
information related to their developmental milestone is
achieved
It is the teacher’s role to make sure these teachings are enforced and that there will be consequences to not following the rules(time out if a child consistently refuses to share or grabs at toys other kids have)
Explaining the importance of sharing

The expected outcome is to collect more information regarding the developmental milestone of the school-age children. Boys preferred to play on their own and most of them never got the opportunity of touching the balls or bikes. To achieve this goal, it is important to ensure that they are involved in the learning process and activities. (based on my own observation of my little cousin and his friends)
An explanation will be made to that child that they are both equal regardless of their genders. Therefore, working as a team is important and therefore it is important to build a team towards achieving success.
School-aged children will be required to accept each other as equal partner without discrimination to ensure that they are both actively involved in the learning process and activities in the school.
In this case since I conducted the observation in an uncontrolled environment, I encouraged all the kids to play together regardless of gender.
