Technology improvement is essential in any organization all over the world. It equips the organization with ideal competition advantages. Technology improvement in this organization will also make it more productive and compete with others well.  To facilitate Dargean Grix becoming a champion of change, there is a need to change and improve the technologies. An appropriate approach should be used to reach the senior management to give them the idea of change. Using remarkable technologies, for example, Live Remote Monitoring, will help reduce some of the inefficiencies in the organization. Using Remote Monitoring will facilitate high validity and efficiency. Improvement of Dargean Grix should entail having more of clients' experiences on the video calls that will play an essential role in minimizing frustrations in case of call by clients or employees. High rates accompany the changing technology; thus, there should be a standard way suitable for the organization's long run. Live remote monitoring will be capable of facilitating interactions of employees and the clients to the senior management.

 There should also be the improvement of the Dargean Grix departments to reduce the mash technology during video conferencing.  All department should be well connected by networks which is reliable. The area should have the ideal humidity that will make the even network to be more favorable. All safety measures should be considered in the process of implementing the new technology.

 To move on forward effectively and smoothly, all the information on the new technology and any needed programs are volunteered of being delivered within the scheduled time using the appropriate delivery channel, which is most appropriate and operational. There should be an increase in call productivity and bottom line.

In supporting the exploration of the entire idea, research should be well done, followed by testing to look at whether the transition is effective.  Piloting tests should then be followed, which should be accompanied by technological improvement.  Following the piloting, testing and implementation will ensure no extra cost since traveling will be limited. Maintaining the technology is substantially low as it is only needed in dropouts, audio, and quality of videos.

Some of the additional information that may need improving maybe in the future is controlling the quality of the videos to ensure that the customers and clients are delighted. The video quality issues should be looked at so that it does not frustrate the customers and client.

 The senior management should explore the entire idea to ensure it is correct and has played an essential role in the organization. Video conferencing should also be facilitated as this will minimize the traveling expenses. The cost required in maintenance is lower compared to the earlier video. This is a clear indication that technology has played an essential role in the improvement and implementation.
