Medical masks are disposable devices can be described as a disposable device that isare used by healthcare personnel and professionals when attending to patients with either bacterial or viral infections to avoid contact that may lead to them being infected or the nearby person in the environment gettingprevent the spread of infections from one to another. Subject: Reflective Memo for Production of Surgical and Medical Face Mask

I have written this memo explaining to the healthcare professionals and any other user of a face mask how they are manufactured, its importance to the environment and how to personally put on a mask. Besides, I also informed them how to use the face mask and safely dispose of them after use, thereby reducing environmental pollution. I described and defined surgical and medical face masks and how they are manufactured because most of them are producing or manufacturing the facemasks using cloth material instead of using the polypropylene. One of the dangers of using cloth material is that it does not protect you from these bacterial and viral infections. It protects the other person from such infections that you can transmit and not the vice versa.

Medical face masks manufacturers are limited. The reason is due to the lack of an elaborate procedure on how to manufacture masks that meet the required standards. Many of them know how to make cloth face masks but which are not effective in controlling the spread of viruses and bacteria like the surgical masks. Outlining a manual for making surgical masks will help manufacturers and tailors to embark on mass production of the same (Wood, 2020). Such an act will reduce the shortage of surgical face masks and make them available not only to the medical personnel but also to the public.

The kind of definition I presented was in a sentence structure that talked more on the subject matter of the topic. This enables the reader to have a framework of the expression of the idea. It brings a lot of clarity and completeness in the ultimate meaning as compared to the dependent clause definition. Besides, it enabled me to elaborate the key terms I used in the description, thereby making the users understand the face masks contents and how to dispose of them.

The type of organizational strategy that I used was spatial organizational strategy that helps mostly a technical writer to explain the mechanism of an item or product. This includes the physical and non-fiction items. This type of strategy points out a convincing evidence to the topic of discussion. Their description is based on how they appear. In simple terms, it refers to the logical order of location that involves visualizing something using all the 5 senses. For the manual to reach its targeted audience, there is a need to use graphical interpretations to create a problem solving picture and how to progressively use an item. I would research remote control pictures from the internet and every component used to explain the item, place or paste it on the essay. Below it, I would write a brief information of the item and acknowledge the references of the picture.

In conclusion, users should consider their hygiene and be supportive in helping the environment stay clean. This can be achieved by avoiding uncontrolled disposal of these face masks and observing the manufacturing standards especially to the tailors making their own masks.
