Write an introduction that outlines the aim of the assignment, gives a rationale for choosing teamworking and signposts the reader to the summary of the chosen article in the appendix.

In the main body of your assignment you need to address the key concepts of teamworking. You

have some identified – expand these and draw in supporting reference sources that you have read (such as other articles, the NMC code etc)

Make sure you think about the order and flow of these points.

Reflect on how you will use what you have learned in your research of teamworking in nursing to develop yourself as a student nurse. What have your learned, what skills do you need to develop, how might you do this?

Provide a conclusion that summarises the key points in your assignment.

It appears that you may have used one article form the Journal of Nursing management and tried to infer that you have read other papers, or you just do not know how to reference.
