Project Questions:

Are we able to recommend and develop a SaaS solution for Mamma’s Bakery or does it need to be hosted on-premises?

1) Networking

a) Does Mamma’s Bakery currently have an internet connection available?

b) Does Mamma’s Bakery need to access these applications remotely or should all applications be accessed directly from the bakery’s LAN?

c) Does Mamma’s Bakery require Single Sign On (SSO) functionality for its information systems?

d) Does Mamma’s wish to offer wifi connectivity for customers?

e) Does Mamma’s Bakery require a voice service for clients and employees?

2) ERP Software

a) Besides vendors, suppliers, and the Dept of Health, what other organizations will Mamma’s need to interface with?

b) Does Mamma’s ERP need to have mobile capability?

3) Website

a) Does the bakery require a mobile application?

b) Does the bakery need a web presence for delivery services such as Doordash?

i) If so, should Mamma’s website offer a link to their Doordash page?

4) Human Resources Software

a) Does the HR/Payroll system also require an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)?

b) How many employees must the HR software be able to store and process?

5) POS

a) Are there power supplies and network drops already in place where the POS systems will be located?

b) Does Mamma’s POS need mobile capabilities (ie. does Mamma’s wait staff need to take orders at customers’ tables with a tablet?)

c) Does the POS need to accept payment apps such as Google Wallet or Apple Pay?
