Based on the survey: the score range 59 – 80: people skill are good.

- People’s abilities in team management are excellent because they often tried to display the same standards of actions from what they expect in other people. Also, they wanted to provide an accurate feedback, showed appreciations to co-workers, and fast at resolved conflicts but still achieve their goals. If managers want to be good at solving conflict, they must see other perspective at an issue not just themselves. Not only putting themselves in other people’s shoes, they also need to collaborate with co-works through techniques. A great manager is same as a good words processor because they observe the needs in audience and figure what they should say to best fit the needs. Last but not least, a team manager should let other know that they working toward a positive result.

· Sue: get 59 score for this section. I need to in managing agreement. I must pay more attention to help people come to an agreement not just about my decision. I need to engaging in group decision-making to make sure that I avoid the common pitfalls. And another aspect of managing agreement relates to feedback. I need to improves my message delivered well so that it can lead to an improved understanding of one another’s needs and perspective.

· Nhi: get 59 score for this section. She got this good skills. But she might not always approach situations perfectly. However she have a sufficiently good understanding to know when and where you need to take steps to rectify things.

· Animargoth: she is doing great job managing team. Now she should concentrate on improving her skills even further like understanding team dynamics and encouraging good relationships.

· Luz: Score 79: Even though it was a good score, there is always room for improvement. In my case, I learned that I must pay more attention to supporting the people in my group thru the process of development, because it is not an easy process. It is also important to discipline people with low performance because it may hurt he whole group if there are no positive changes in the individual with low performance

With leadership skills that assigned our group to have certain traits. Two keys areas of personal growth and development are fundamental to leadership success: self-confidence and a positive attitude. Leaders help themselves and others to do the right things. They set direction, build an inspiring vision, and create something new. Leadership is about mapping out where you need to go to "win" as a team or an organization; and it is dynamic, exciting, and inspiring. Also, to become a good leader, people need to have a positive mindset, recognize that setbacks and problems happen - it's how you deal with those problems that makes the difference.

Sue: 70 score: need to improved managing performance effectively because I have to learn how to setting my expectations clearly and concisely. If everyone knows what’s expected, it’s much easier to get high performance.  Beside that im good at self-confidence, positive attitude and outlook, emotional intelligence.

Luz, Nhi, Animargoth and Eric: 78,78,78,and 72 score: they learned from this survey that it is very important to be good at my technical and managerial skills because they must lead my team by example and they must know what they are talking about when they lead them.

they must also make sure that they apply rules consistently, so that team members know what to expect from us, and do always what they should.
