This project will oversee the organization and coordination of a company Holiday Party to raise funds for the Healing Hands Arts Foundation for Children taking place December 20, 2018 within a budget of $12,500 for 200 people in attendance and a fundraising goal of $50,000.
3. Problem to be solved or opportunity to be realized by this project (fewer than 25 words)
The efforts of the Holiday Party Fundraising will allow the project team to organize a dinner party to provide an opportunity to enhance children’s creativity and learning experience.
4. Project purpose or justification including specific measurable business impacts or results (fewer than 50 words)
The purpose of this project is to provide the company staff with an entertaining party that will bring awareness to the Healing Hands Arts Foundation for Children. The success of this project will promote the reputation of the organization and may increase business operations, as well as impress potential investors.
5. Measurable project objectives and related success criteria including metrics (Provide three to four objectives with metrics)
· Reach fundraising goal of $50,000 with a silent auction and two raffles held throughout event
· Provide an enjoyable evening of fun and festivities for a worthwhile charitable organization
· Value of the donated items and gratuities are 100% tax deductible

· Reserve a banquet hall with enough room to seat 200 people as well as a stage for entertainment
· Ensure Jazz Band will have proper electrical outlet availability
· Dance floor to accommodate no less than 25 adult couples at one time
· Obtain permits for auction, if applicable
· Caterer to ensure that serving staff is educated regarding evening’s meal
· Speakers and microphone set up and tested
