Team Management refers to managing the progress of the duties and responsibilities of group members who allocated the time for certain task assigned and assignments. This course elaborates the idea to making the task successful and the terms and situations that should be focused to achieve the greater success in delivering the project on time. Team management controls various sources for maintaining the standards of delivering the project on time, budget and to overcome the risk management factors which rely after the project is pushed on to the production. Managing skills can be delivered such as maintaining the unity within the team, proper source of communication, resources allotments and assigned tasks. Based on different types of teams, the allocation of resources and processes differ, such as providing proper communication to virtually working teams, controlling the ethics and norms of each member of the team, knowing the ability of each team member and assigning the task which he can perform in the given amount of time, appreciation of a team member for his ability to work hard and proper knowledge on delivering the project on time. By this course, we can learn the ways to plan for meetings which can be many types such as scrums which refers to a daily standup meeting where every team member should give an update on what he/she is working on and the future for the day to day work. Control meetings can be scheduled to know where exactly the work is lagged and effecting the project to be delivered on time. Teams such as Developing, testing, analysis, processing etc have their own meeting scheduled and proper update is given to the higher management team group on the progress of work. In a team with group of members, every team members should be given a proper concentration and interest of knowing the progress of his/her work. In a team all cannot be on same page, they cannot work on same daily routine, they cannot work in single environment, having all these circumstances in to consideration, the manager needs to process these fulfillments to satisfy the team member, creating a user-friendly environment, providing all the resources the team needs, encouraging the lazy team member to work with interest and maintaining the unity is very much needed. “This course constraints the method of managing skills for having a brilliant and efficiently working team to deliver the great standards for end module”. (Stoyanova, 2015). Not only focusing mostly on to the work but also encouraging the team for extracurricular activities is very much needed for having a peaceful and energetic mind of every team member. Conducting small games at the break times, having them involved in the conversation which is out of the box, taking care of their personal feelings, guiding them to have a better understanding of living and much more. “All the teams much be gathered at some point and discuss the pros and cons of the project and the ways to implement the standards for delivering the take must be monitored continuously”. (Mudasir Khan, 2018). Higher management team must involve lower teams and every team members in a group meeting to make them understand the processes and profit for delivering the project at a certain time frame and the hard-work each team is contributing must be known to every team. This way every team member from every team in the organization must have a knowledge on the project delivering success process and try to make changes wherever needed to achieve the goal for end module. A team must be designed in a way that, it satisfies the behavior of every team mate, should avoid conflicts, avoid arrogance, not showing attitude, getting on to serious conversations that lead to disturb the whole environment of team which can make a team process to fail in delivering the assigned task in each amount of time. Leadership qualities must be encouraged by every team member to make their own decisions at a level of improving the delivering process without effecting the progress of the work. Team management if performed well in organizing the detail oriented activities at certain level of having the tremendous ways can improve the reputation of the organization, increase in standards from the stakeholders, customers satisfaction and delivering the expected level of output required to be delivered. This can succeed an organization in achieving the goal of profit and standard of processes.
