As a group, select an organization which has undergone significant change in the recent past. Conduct preliminary research and find information about the nature of change that the organization has undergone. Write a 2-4 pages proposal providing:

· introduction (Provide a brief description of major changes introduced in the organization)

· background of the organization,

· profile of leaders (CEO and the management team as well as other well-known people associated with the organization)

· reasons for choosing this company (Mention why is this an interesting choice description of the change that the organization has recently experienced

· conclusion 

· references (follow APA format
