Change Management Plan

Problem- A task force that functions efficiently, virtuously, and globally must be established for your organization.

a) What will be improved with this solution? How will the problem be solved?

Having virtuousness within the organization, there is a definite change within the team and each member of the team will be aware of their tasks.

Mutual trusts and understanding will be established, which is a key to virtuous structure.

With team efficiency, there will be many approaches to consider. One of the most common one is weighing on team improvement metrics such as velocity, stories/ tasks committed versus completed in and given iteration.

Having individual virtuousness will have its impacts on global teams which will bring a sense of trust even when the team is working from remote locations. This will there by improve team efficiency as each member of the team will be task oriented and will know what to be done when tasks are assigned.

b) What is the process for using and communicating the Task Force Plan among the organization's task force members?

Initial meetings amongst the leader were conducted virtually as they are tasked at different locations.

Once the division of tasks were shared amongst the leaders, they have passed it along to the respective teams/ task force members via email/outlook and coordinated them via Virtual meetings.

The intermediate team members to whom the tasks were assigned by their leads, have connected with their peers at work locations and conducted weekly sprint meetings to track the tasks.

c) What additional resources may be needed for successful implementation?

As the management is trying to reduce the cost and be more efficient with the results, they have decided to outsource the technical aspects of the work to its offshore locations.

Management is also encouraging the team members to take certain certifications to perform more efficiently.

Having quarterly goals and reviews to monitor the progress of team members.

d) How will implementation be monitored for resistance (a normal part of change)?

Constant re-assurance and motivation to the team members will allow the leaders to monitor for resistance.

Having a transparent communication with the team leads during the 1:1 meeting will help with any resistance that the team member needs.

Including Team leads for future solutions so that resistance can be avoided (if any).
