I think you have done good work overall on this essay analyzing Janice Mirikitani's poem "Suicide Note."  You focus your analysis on the images used in the poem.  The introduction opens with an effective hook in the form of a question, and the paragraph also clearly identifies the topic of the paper.  Finally, you include a strong thesis statement at the end of the introduction.  The body of paper analyzes the imagery used in detail, including direct quotations from the text of the poem to provide evidence for the interpretations and claims you make.  However, the essay lacks a conclusion:  "Include a strong concluding paragraph that summarizes your main points and explains the significance of the thesis. Finish this paragraph with a strong and satisfying ending." 

While the in-text citations that you include in the paper when you quote from the poem look correctly formatted, the reference citation at the end of your post is not quite correct.  The title of the textbook should be italicized, as shown in the sample reference citation included in Week 1 Discussion:
