The hypothesis of the study would be: (H0): the character traits, motivation, behavior, and inspiration of leaders have no impact on the actual output of the organization in terms of revenue and profits. (H0): The character traits, motivation, behavior, influence, and inspiration of leaders have no impact on the willingness of employees to stay in the organizations longer. (H1): The character traits, motivation, behavior, influence, and inspiration of leaders have an impact on the actual output of the organization in terms of revenue and profits. (H2): The character traits, motivation, behavior, influence, and inspiration of leaders have an impact on the willingness of employees to stay in the organizations longer.

(Teacher Notes) The Null Hypothesis is usual written before the Alternative Hypothesis. Your first Alternative Hypothesis is actually another Null Hypothesis. Each Null hypothesis should be stated first, followed by the matching Alternative hypothesis, and then the second Null and Alternative Hypothesis. See page 40 in the DBA Doctoral Study Rubric and Research Handbook (2019) for specific wording for Correlation and Quasi-experimental studies.

(Teacher Notes) the 5 variables shown are a good example of more than 2 independent variables, and the dependent variable is employee turnover intention. A key point to note is that the variables from the research question are the same as those identified in the Purpose Statement. This might be missed at first reading, because in the Purpose Statement these independent variables are stated as the leaders' transformational leadership characteristics (which are the 5 variables you specified in the Quantitative Research Question.  Your Null and Alternative Hypotheses are correct as well, taken from the Quantitative Research Question, which is taken from the Purpose Statement. All this is in DBA Prospectus Guide (2019), as you stated.

Also, the required close tie of the Purpose Statement with the Research Question underscores why a reader of your specific business problem and the Purpose Statement must be able to tell your independent and dependent variables from these sections. Appendix B in the DBA Prospectus Guide (2019) is very helpful for students to see how to make these areas clear in the Prospectus.
