Introduction Driven by developing Internet of Things (IoT) innovation and foundation, Smart Cities are winding up more than a future idea; it is currently a reality in the present world. Regardless in the private area with keen taxis and brilliant stopping or in open framework with traffic and waste administration, there is a significant development to grasp shrewd city network and the advancement it can empower. With all the Australia's populace which is anticipated to 2 times by 2075 and the average home anticipated to improve from 13.7 percentile to 30.7 percentage associated gadgets by the year 2021, it's essential that we manufacture the foundation appropriate to permit organizations, inhabitants, and voyagers to consistently and safely able to connect depending upon their request and need, as and when they propose to need it. A significant part of the current IoT foundation improvement is being tied in with getting ready for future innovation technology which indirectly capitalises by these particular systems, yet there are some of it which usually can have an increasingly immediate impact. Smart Parking have been introduced to a great many IoT ground sensors were a few of the Australian board districts, including the City of Casey in Melbourne and the City of Joondalup in Perth, that screen the utilisation of the parking spots available. This information encourages into a smart cell phone application which also can offer an exact location to the closest empty spot with the goal that drivers can quit hovering around wanting to see an unfilled space. The foundation of these plans is the IoT framework and its importance to empower a Smart city development, and it is also accessed with Narrowband IoT systems which also coordinate to connecting devices utilised by homes and many more organisations. The associated city's most prominent potential lies in the open doors the innovation makes for the organisations to a drastic improvement, to cook up energising use cases and new answers for issues we probably will not understand they were in exist – and to make them a type of reality. Engaging Solar Energy, supporting genuinely necessary for shade, and offering a complimentary WIFI, the 'Smart palm' trees which have been seen growing up crosswise all over Dubai. Situated on shorelines and in open pizazz, the Human made or planted trees are usually green, self-maintainable gadget chargeable stations and data focuses. The open administration establishments are set to end up each expanding highlights of Dubai as the city gets ready to respect the world expo which is held in 2020 and accomplish it is feasible and the IoT upgrading 'Smart city' activity. The 'Smart Tree venture pursues mainly six principles:

1. WIFI hotspot. 2. Security. 3. Weather. 4. Charging Station. 5. Sensors to Control surrounding Temperature and keep it cool.

Aim Smart Tree in today’s world will be an emerging technology with a new form. The aim of the research, smart tree for the coming up generation age of advancement experts, should learn and use new tech abilities which are available in hand, while the present age should be able to upskill their aptitude to lead future projects to a success rate effectively. Also, I would be happy to find out the climatic challenges a Smart Tree would face and how a Quality assurance will be given to Smart tree upon the changes in climate. Resource Required

• Solar Panel’s. • Battery. • Standing Pole for Solar Panel. • Power Output from Battery. • Charge Controller. • Sensors. • Display. • Server • Database.

Research Design or approach: The primary issue is to find out the Smart tree projects which are available around the world and understand them with a clear view.

• Next is to search out why there are only a few Implemented and why not others which are only left as ideas.

• A count of lists where papers lead to a solution. • It is important to focus on the data which is available by the Implemented Smart Trees

and have a Clear-cut view of the resources like Google Scholar, Lib-guides, IEEE papers.

Research questions: 1. What is Smart Tree?

2. Why Smart Tree is necessary for current world?

3. What ways the current Smart Tree is different to yours?

4. Why other Smart Trees are Limited?

5. Having a case Study.
