This assessment is a written submission exam and will be released in week 4 of the course.

1. Explain Maslow hierarchy of needs.
o Use an example to explain the marketing strategy used to connect with the consumer at each level.
2. What is the difference between attitude and behavior?
o Can we change them along our lives? Explain one Marketing Campaign that manages to provoke a change.
3. Explain the different Consumer profiles along the Product Life Cycle
o Do you think people always fit in the same consumer profile no matter the situation (type of product/service they are
considering)
4. Explain how a marketing campaign can provoke a real effect on consumer’s behavior?
5. Explain the purpose of segmentation. How do we use it in a marketing campaign?
The report should be in word document format and must be uploaded to a Turnitin folder created on the course Moodle platform.

o Cover, Table of Contents, References and Appendix are excluded of the total word count.
o Font: Arial, size 12,5
o Text alignment: Justified
o The in-text References and the Bibliography have to be in Harvard’s citation style.
