Many nutritionists and doctors believe that excessive consumption of fast food can lead to obesity, high blood pressure, heart disease, diabetes, and other health complications including premature death.  

Should consumers of fast food who suffer from one or more of these dangerous health conditions be able to sue fast food companies for compensation? Of the three tort theories - negligence, strict liability, and intentional torts - which might a consumer use to sue fast food companies for compensation?
