Test Format: The Symptoms Checklist-90-Revised (SCL-90-R) consists of 90 items, divided between 9 subscales, rated on a 5-point scale. The SCL-90-R can be completed in just 12-15 minutes, with test formats including: paper-and-pencil, audiocassette, and computer administration.
