Healthcare organizations, just like any other business organization is subject to improvement or deterioration. It periodically experiences success and failures, and hence, a SWOT analysis should be conducted so as to find out the state and perhaps the direction to take in ensuring continuous improvement. To carry out a SWOT analysis in my organization, I first conducted a preliminary walk around the organizations with a view of scanning the environment. I focused on various aspects some of which include the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats that the organization faces.
The objective of my SWOT analysis
The principal purposes of conducting my SWOT analysis was to find out where the organization strengths lie. For instance the achievements it as attained so far and the factors behind them. The other objective was also to find out the weakness in the organization which brings together all elements that the organization has sluggishly mastered. Opportunities also exist and hence represented one of the objectives. I intended to find out what kind of fortunes lie on theorganization's way and that can guarantee future success. Furthermore, I aimed at determining the threats that face the organization whose presence poses a detriment to the organization convoy to success. The following is a list of findings on the strengths, weaknesses opportunities and weaknesses
