PROFESSORS NOTES- Fayola, your survey instrument combines close-ended (have you considered a Likert scale …. Select 1 to 5…), and open-ended (means more work in summarizing the final report but you realize that). You are not using the same instrument for pre- and post-test so understand that comparisons between pre and post will be challenging. Consider how the final report will look; if there is movement between data (pre and post), does this indicate your project is successful? Only you can answer that.
