4. You are the owner of The Painting Company. You receive an RFP from a school to "paint the building". The RFP does not contain many details other than the school address and the due date for RFP response. While this sounds like an attractive project, what details must be clarified before submitting your bid. List at least five questions about the RFP. 

5. You received bad news! Your family is coming to your place tonight at 730PM. It is now 5 PM. This will give you 150 minutes to prepare for the arrival. Hey, at least they called to let you know!

What is the quickest that you can finish a clean-up without waxing the floors? 

What is the longest that it will take to finish a clean-up yet without waxing the floor?

If you wax the floor, what other cleaning activity can still be included? What needs to left out?

If a roommate would help and split the duites, what is the fastest time that the place could be cleaned? (include the calculation)

If the floors were waxed, could all the clean-up activities occur if your roommate assisted? (include the calculation)

Clean counters where dishes were sitting- 15 minutes

Clean the windows - MIN 10 minutes MAX 30 minutes

Wax Floors and Dry - 120 minutes
